Seven years ago, I started as a sourcing engineer dealing with supplier delays and cost overruns. Today, I manage Oracle TMS implementations, gather user requirements, and drive product adoption across enterprise clients. The path wasn't planned, but the skills are connected.

Whether I'm optimizing procurement workflows at Insulet or managing software rollouts at Accelalpha, the fundamentals are the same: understand user needs, prioritize solutions, measure what works. I've spent my career being the person who figures out why processes break and how to fix them.

At every role, I've been the bridge between business needs and practical solutions. I've managed stakeholders who want everything yesterday, budgets that never stretch far enough, and users who resist change. I've learned to translate technical complexity into business language and turn abstract requirements into concrete deliverables.

What started as process improvement evolved into product thinking — building not just better workflows, but better tools. I'm now focused on product roles that intersect operations and strategy, especially in manufacturing tech, autonomous logistics, and B2B SaaS platforms.
